Refund policy

Overview

A refund for products or service is at the sole discretion of FP Testing. In place of a refund we reserve the right to change or modify the products to fit customer needs if mistakes are made.  Each request for a refund will be handled individually and researched thoroughly to reach a satisfactory result.  No refunds will be given without prior contact.

In cases where a document has been generated no refunds can be offered if the document is created and data is generated and sent to the customer. In addition we do not refund or return any taxes or fees incurred by an outside third party.

Beginning January 1st 2019 there will be a 30% ‘restocking fee’ placed on all requests for a refund.

Shipping

We do not ship or charge for shipping.  Any shipping costs incurred are outside the purview of a refund.
